The Egyptian Company for Power Systems Engineering announces its need to fill the following position:


Job Title: Head of Civil Works Sector

Reports To: Chairman and Managing Director

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

At least 24 years of experience in the relevant field

A minimum of three years in a managerial position

Successful completion of the required training programs

Outstanding leadership and guidance capabilities

Job Requirements:

The applicant must be an employee within the Electricity and Renewable Energy Sector and must meet the appointment conditions outlined in the company’s employee regulations.

A certified employment status statement from the applicant’s current employer, including:

Academic qualification and any additional certifications

Relevant experience and duration

Supervisory roles held

Training courses (with duration, field, and location)

Incentive bonuses

Letters of appreciation or commendation

Any disciplinary actions (including details on whether they were modified, withdrawn, or erased)

Required experience certificates

Any other information the applicant wishes to include

A statement of the applicant’s key achievements and contributions in their current position

The applicant’s proposals for developing the department they are applying to lead
