Main duties

  • Bachelor’s degree in  Engineering.
  • At least 24 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least three years of service in a managerial position (Department Manager or equivalent).
  • Successful completion of the required training programs.
  • Outstanding leadership and guidance skills.


Employment requirements

  1. Complete the official job application form.
  2. The applicant must be an employee within the electricity and renewable energy sector and meet the appointment conditions stated in the company’s employee regulations.
  3. Submit an official employment status statement, certified by the current employer, indicating:
    • Academic qualification(s) and additional credentials.
    • Specialized experience and its duration.
    • Supervisory positions previously held.
    • Training courses (with duration, field, and location).
    • Incentive bonuses.
    • Letters of appreciation and commendation.
    • Any disciplinary actions (if any), with clarification of their modification, withdrawal, or cancellation.
    • Required experience certificates.
    • Any other information the applicant deems relevant.
  4. Provide a report on the applicant’s most significant achievements and contributions in their current organization.
  5. Provide proposals for developing the organization to which they are applying.
  6. Applications must be submitted in person (by hand).
  7. Applications must be submitted complete to the Administrative Affairs & Human Resources Sector – Senior Management Positions at the company’s headquarters (Misr lel Taameer Buildings – Sheraton Heliopolis – 8th zone– Street 9 – Building 7) from Monday, August 18, 2025 until 3:00 PM on Monday, September 1, 2025.
  8. A recent personal photo (4×6 cm) and a copy of the National ID card must be attached.
  9. Applicants will be notified of the date of the personal interview.
