1) Utilizing common software such as ETAP and PSS/E to model and analyzepower systems, including load flow, short circuit, and transient stabilitystudies.
2) Prepare the Gird Impact Study of the interconnection of power sources(like wind farms, solar system...etc.) with the unified grid.
3) Performing arc flash studies to assess safety hazards and protectioncoordination studies to ensure proper equipment operation during faults.
4) Evaluating the feasibility of connecting new power sources to theunified grid.
5) Providing recommendations for system improvements and optimizationbased on study results.
6) Preparing detailed reports documenting study scope, inputs,assumptions, and recommendations.
7) Providing technical support to design and construction teams workingon power system projects.
Ensuring all studiesadhere to relevant standards (like IEC & IEEE), grid codes andclient-specific requirements.
1- At least 2 years of experience in Power Systems Studies.
2- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a recognizeduniversity.
3- Proficient use of software: AutoCAD, ETAP and PSS/E
4- Strong understanding of electrical theories, codes & standards ofelectrical systems.
5- Ability to analyze complex power system problems and developeffective solutions.
6- Excellentcommunication and coordination skill
